Dresscode

The following outlines EDC’s Recreational Dance dress code; detailing the color and style of clothing, shoes and hair style. Please be sure you adhere to this policy for recreational programs.

• Ballet – pink ballet shoes girls, black ballet shoes for boys
• Tap – black lace up tap shoes if in grade school, tan velcro tap shoes for girls/black tie tap shoes for boys if in preschool
• Jazz – tan slip on jazz shoes
• Lyrical – tan slip on jazz shoes
• Hip Hop – Indoor sneakers that are not worn outside
• Dance Team – Indoor sneakers that are not worn outside
• Acrobatics – bare feet
• Dance-wear – your choice as long as it is form fitting.
• Hair – pulled back in a pony tail or low bun
